Call Of Duty: WWII Game Beta Begins on September 29, 2017

The beta for ‘Call of Duty: WWII’ game starts on September 29, 2017 and the game developer released the minimum and recommended hardware requirements. With the exception of an additional Nvidia GPU listing, the minimum specifications remain the same. The recommended hardware section was added with choices for both Nvidia and AMD components for the CPU and GPU, respectively.

The players will get a chance to change graphical settings to test their own hardware configurations. So far you can tweak the field of view and adjust the framerate cap (the limit is 250 frames per second). The beta will have 4K resolution, ultra-wide monitor, and G-Sync support. However, you can use the usual keyboard and mouse combo(also supports high-resolution mice) or a controller.

The aim assist will not be there in the beta as the developers are trying to optimize gameplay for PC. Developers said that it will help them to deliver the most helpful performance data possible, so that they can fully optimize for launch. The other features coming to the game in later updates include high dynamic range and multi-monitor support.

In this beta, you will have four modes to try out: Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and Kill Confirmed. You also get to try the new War mode, where two teams of players clash in ‘iconic World War II battles’. There are also five classes, or divisions, to choose from, and each one features different weapons and skills. The event starts on September 29 and runs through October 3.
